The best consumer real-world assets aren’t built yet. We build them.

Brands come to us with gold in a vault, wine in a cellar, or prime real estate. We turn them into tokenized products their customers can access, from concept and legal structure to launch and operation.

Isn’t this just crypto hype?

Florian Ehrbar

Some of it is. But what the token represents is real: a gold bar in a vault, a bottle of wine in a cellar, a building with tenants. This kind of ownership is where consumers are headed, and institutions are already using it. Some assets are ready today; others are not. We’ll tell you plainly where yours stands.

Doesn’t putting it on-chain make it liquid overnight?

Tobias Schneider

No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. If your asset was hard to sell before, it will still be hard to sell as a token. Liquidity comes from buyers who want the asset, not the technology wrapped around it. Before we build anything, we’ll tell you honestly whether that demand exists.

What we tell you once we’ve looked at the demand
Build it

People already want the asset. We make it easier to buy, own, and manage.

Not yet

The asset makes sense, but the audience is not there yet. We’ll tell you what needs to change.

Don’t

Demand was not there before. A token will not create buyers, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Do my customers need to understand crypto?

Pedro Barrera

No. We put the blockchain completely in the background. Your customers see your brand, sign in with their email, and check their balance. If they can use a browser, they can own the asset.

Isn’t it a legal grey zone?

Florian Ehrbar

Not in established jurisdictions. Switzerland’s DLT Act wrote tokenized assets into law, and many countries are adopting similar frameworks. Regulation isn’t a grey zone anymore. The risk is working with someone who doesn’t understand those frameworks. We built our solution with legal frameworks at its core.

Not left in a grey zone, but defined by statute, with clear rights attached.

Do my customers really own it?

Structuring team

This is the most important question everyone must ask when investing in an RWA token. The answer comes down entirely to how the token is built, and most of the industry stays vague about it. When you tokenize with us, the token represents a real claim. We are transparent about what the claim represents and what the investor really owns. When built properly, the investor owns the asset no matter if the issuer or the platform disappears.

Didn’t this already flop at Nike?

Tobias Schneider

Nike’s NFT project was a different model: digital collectibles driven by scarcity and resale. When demand faded, their value followed. We build around real assets people already value and want to own. Gold savings platforms have already attracted millions of everyday customers. That’s the kind we build. The other kind, we’ll talk you out of.

The kind that collapsed

  • An NFT with nothing behind it
  • Bought to flip, not to keep
  • Priced on hype
  • The tech pushed to the front

The kind we build

  • A real asset in a real vault
  • Bought to own and build over time
  • Priced on the underlying asset
  • The technology stays in the background

That’s where most people get tokenizing a real asset wrong. Here’s how we do it instead.

We take it from the first question to a product that keeps running.

Minting a token is the easy part. Turning a real asset into a product people can buy, own, and keep using is where most projects fall short. We take responsibility for the whole journey, from first concept to daily operation.

01
Ideation & feasibility
We pressure-test what the asset could become, and whether it’s worth doing at all, before a line of code exists.
02
Concept & product
We define the ownership model, the app your customers use, and the economics that make the product viable.
03
Legal & structure
We establish the asset’s legal home, holding entity, custody model, and regulatory path through a structure grounded in Swiss law, with each part handled by the right specialist.
04
Build
We build the token, contracts, wallet, and plumbing that connects everything back to the real asset.
05
Launch
We bring it to market with a sign-up flow that customers of any technical level can follow from start to finish.
06
Operate Engage
We run the program day after day through our own platform, Engage.

What we’ve built.

Each one started with a brand asking what its asset could become.

And we’ll be straight with you: this market is still early and uneven. We build the use cases that are ready now, and we are honest about the ones that aren’t there yet.

You work with the people who do the work.

We’re a small, senior team split between Zug and Sanlúcar. The person who picks up on the first call is the same one building your program. No hand-off to a team you never meet.
