MelihThe people behind OnchainLabs.
Here is what we do, who we are, and how we work.
What we do.
Real assets are moving on-chain: gold, funds, collectibles. The technology works, and the largest institutions already use it. What’s still missing are the consumer products: the app a gold dealer’s customer opens every day, the wallet that doesn’t feel like crypto, the legal structure that holds up.
Companies that own real assets and real customer relationships come to us to build exactly that. We do the whole job: concept, legal structure, build, and daily operation. Their brand stays in front. We stay in the engine room.

Who we are.
Banking, engineering, product and design. Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.
Some of us come from the regulated world and know why the rules exist. Some come from crypto and know what the technology can do. And some come from digital products and know what it takes to make one feel simple.
Different countries and backgrounds also mean different eyes on the same product: one of us sees the legal risk, another the technical shortcut, another the moment a customer hesitates. Together, that’s the whole picture.

Out in the world.
We show up where the industry meets: conference stages, panels, and meetings with clients and partners. If you’re there too, come and say hi.

How we work.
Five rules we hold each other to.
Say it early
Doubts, bad news and disagreement get voiced while they’re cheap, never once they’re certain. The price: uncomfortable Mondays.
We don’t ship what we can’t explain
Every mechanism, legal, technical or economic, is understood by the person whose name is on it. The price: we’re slower than people who skip that.
Year two beats launch day
When a decision helps the launch but hurts the running program, the program wins. The price: fewer fireworks.
Our names are on it
Work is signed by people, and when something breaks, someone owns it in person. The price: nowhere to hide.
We say no
To projects that aren’t ready, to assets that don’t carry, to money that would make us worse. The price: revenue we could have had.
Zug & Sanlúcar.
You work with these people.

Come and meet us.
Bring your asset to a first conversation. We’ll tell you what we think it could become, and what it would take to get there. That first talk is on us.
